Sourced from the tropical Pacific region, our Spanish mackerel is wild caught using line-catching methods to ensure premium quality.
Each fillet is hand-portioned to 120–130g, processed fresh, then snap frozen and individually cryovac sealed to lock in freshness, texture, and flavour.
